This Privacy Policy explains how Rain Dance Press LLC handles information in connection with our website (raindancepress.com) and our iPhone applications — HeadBartender, CardioSleep, CBT-I, and Roundhouse Darts (the “Apps”). The only network request any App makes is the App Store download itself.

Who we are

Rain Dance Press LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, entity number 20268024491. We are the publisher of the Apps and the operator of raindancepress.com. You can reach us at reh@raindancepress.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. Our website has no input forms, no account system, no newsletter signup, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Our Apps have no accounts and no logins. We do not ask for, gather, or store your name, email address, contact details, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We do not track you, and we do not use analytics or advertising services that identify you.

Data stored on your device

Any content or settings you create in the Apps are stored locally on your device. This includes inventories, logs, scores, history, photographs you attach, and preferences. We never receive it. Deleting an App removes this content from your device. It may be included in your device's standard iCloud or Finder backup, which is controlled by your iOS backup settings rather than by us.

The one thing that leaves your device

There is none. Our Apps do not send your inventory, your scanned barcodes, or any other information to us or to any third party. Barcode recognition in HeadBartender is performed against a database bundled inside the app, so the scan never leaves your device. You can also enter bottles by hand.

Third-party services

Our website and Apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Our Apps do not send barcode numbers or any other data to third-party databases.

Two ordinary exceptions are worth naming. Our website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request; we receive nothing from it. And when you download an App from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy; we do not receive personal data from Apple.

Children's privacy

Our website and Apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, receive, or store personal data about you, we hold no personal information to access, correct, export, or delete. Any data the Apps create stays on your device and remains under your control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
