HeadBartender — Privacy Policy

HeadBartender keeps track of the bottles on your shelf and tells you what you can pour. Everything you create stays on your device. The app does not send your scanned barcodes or any other information to us or to any third party.

Who we are

Rain Dance Press LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, entity number 20268024491. We are the publisher of HeadBartender. You can reach us at reh@raindancepress.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. HeadBartender has no account and no login. We do not ask for, gather, or store your name, email address, contact details, location, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not track you, and the app uses no analytics or advertising services.

Data stored on your device

Your bar inventory, the drinks you log, your favorites, and your preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Deleting the app removes this content from your device. It may be included in your device’s standard iCloud or Finder backup, which is controlled by your iOS backup settings rather than by us.

The one thing that leaves your device

There is none. Barcode recognition in HeadBartender is performed against a database bundled inside the app, so the scan never leaves your device. No personal information accompanies it, and we do not receive or store the result. You can avoid this entirely by entering bottles by hand.

Third-party services

HeadBartender integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services and does not send barcode numbers or any other data to third-party databases. When you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy; we do not receive personal data from Apple.

Children’s privacy

HeadBartender is intended for adults of legal drinking age and collects no data from any user. It is not directed at children, and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, receive, or store personal data about you, we hold no personal information to access, correct, export, or delete. Your inventory and history stay on your device and remain under your control.

If anything here changes, this page will be updated with a revised “Last updated” date.
