Who we are

Rain Dance Press LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, entity number 20268024491. We are the publisher of CardioSleep. You can reach us at reh@raindancepress.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data. CardioSleep is in development. When it ships it will have no account, no login, and no analytics or advertising services, and it will not ask for, gather, or store your name, email address, contact details, location, or any other personal information.

Data stored on your device

Anything you create in CardioSleep — entries, logs, settings — will be stored locally on your device and will never leave it. Deleting the app removes this content from your device. It may be included in your device’s standard iCloud or Finder backup, which is controlled by your iOS backup settings rather than by us.

Third-party services

CardioSleep will integrate no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. When you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy; we do not receive personal data from Apple.

A note on health information

CardioSleep is a general-interest app from a cardiologist, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and it is no substitute for care from your own physician.

Children’s privacy

CardioSleep collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, receive, or store personal data about you, we hold no personal information to access, correct, export, or delete. Your data stays on your device and remains under your control.

Changes to this policy

CardioSleep is in development; this page describes the privacy approach we are building to and will be updated, with a revised “Last updated” date, as the app takes its final shape.
